Lux
Aeterna
Sing and perform sacred and secular Renaissance and early Baroque music in East Sussex
Lux Aeterna is a group of experienced singers with clear well tuned voices specialising in the performance of a wide range of sacred and secular music from medieval, through the Renaissance to the early Baroque. We hope to bring to this music the sort of freshness, viatlity and emotion which inspired it. We sing sacred and secular trans-European early music up to approximately 1630 including chansons, madrigals, consort songs and sacred chant and polyphony, some funny, some serious, yet evoking the atmosphere of the time. Further details of the music we sing can be found on our 'Music' page. Please join our mailing list to receive occasional newsletters and details of forthcoming events.
